Saturday afternoon we loaded up the Spider-mobile for the UR vs. UVA football game. We had a group of 20+, so tailgate was bound to be impressive!
Despite the few UVA fans in our group :) , the UR fans showed their team spirit!
Monograms must be worked into tailgate somehow:
After the cookie disaster, Karen had a convenient, yet ADORABLE suggestion for a Spider-appropriate dessert. Look how cute! (These cupcakes were found at Giant with flag toppers, but we replaced with Spider rings! So easy!)
We grilled, played cornhole, and just enjoyed the gorgeous day.
QC's face pretty much sums up feeling as we left the game...the Spiders played hard, but couldn't overcome those Wahoos. Better luck next time!
