While we were at the beach, we had a rare but fun opportunity to see my aunt, Gretchen, and my cousin, Shannon. Gretchen lives in NJ and Shannon just graduated from Lehigh University. Shannon has recently moved to Charleston and Gretchen was in town helping her settle in. My mom and I were able to have breakfast with Gretchen and Shannon at the Hominy Grill. I had homemade blueberry peach pancakes that were delicious.

I have to say, I am so envious that Shannon is now living in Charleston. Such a fun town! I hope that I can get down to visit her at some point...and am excited to see her again at Thanksgiving!
