Montpelier Horse Races

This past Saturday we went to the Montpelier Horse Races with Hunter's parents and the Swishers (Brad is Hunter's dad's new dental partner). It was a beautiful fall day and we had a lot of fun!

We had an impressive tailgate with lots of fun cocktails! (Love the cups Karen had!)

While these races are more casual than the races in the spring, every race-goer needs a good hat!

There were 5 or 6 separate races and for each race we chose a horse and made a $1 wager. High stakes!

Bullet Dancer, one of my horse picks, won his race! Here I am with my winnings. :) (and I have to say that I think Hunter looks so handsome in his new hat)

It was a fun day!
